Engagement Ring Consultation

Make the most of your time here in store, by arranging an appointment. One of our experts will guide you through the process of choosing a beautiful ring, and advising on designs and diamonds. Whether its just ideas, or you would like to design your own ring with us, making an appointment ensures the best experience in store. Once your appointment is booked, one of our consultants will be in touch to ensure we have everything we need for your visit. Please note that Saturday appointments can be limited, so please book ahead of time, or for the best experience, choose a weekday

Servicing Drop Off

Please use this option for booking in clean, check and polish, repairs and resizes. PLEASE NOTE: Due to high demand in our workshop, we require a minimum of seven working days.
DROP OFF of items only. Lead time for collection will be advised in-store at the point of drop off with the team. A limited number of ‘same day services’ can be arranged Monday-Thursday only and we recommend contacting the team to book these for you.

SAME DAY 🟥 Jewellery Servicing

3 hrs

Use this option to reserve a limited SAME DAY workshop space for 'Clean & Check' services, or simple same day resizes** Must be MON to THURS, dropped off by 11am, with collection available by 3.30pm.
** restrictions apply, subject to availability and assessment of viability for same day turnaround on the day. NB: Repairs, engravings, and heavily worn rings that require renovation cannot be accepted for same day workshop time.
